 Day 1
Begin your 'Splendid China' Tour
Arrive into Beijing
Today begin your 'Mysterious China' tour. On arrival at Beijing Airport, our local representative will be waiting outside the customs area to welcome you and to take you to your hotel. The evening is free for shopping and to explore the city on your own. Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight at Beijing Jinqiao Apartment Hotel or similar in Beijing.

Day 2
The GreatWall of China, Visit the Ming Tombs.
After a buffet breakfast, we take you on a tour of the Great Wall of China. This 3,946 mile long wall is a symbol of China's ancient civilization and ranks among the greatest monuments in history. Next, we walk through the SacredWay to see the Imperial Ming Tombs the mausoleums of 13 emperors. See the Underground Palace and enjoy the rustic setting of the Tombs. Day 3
The Forbidden City
Tian'anmen Square
Summer Palace
After a buffet breakfast, we take you on a panoramic city tour of Beijing conducted by an English speaking guide. Visit the Temple of Heaven. The highlight of this temple is the blue tile-roofed Hall of Prayer. See Tian'anmen Square, the largest square in the world. Visit the Forbidden City, an awesome 250-acre complex of palaces, pavilions and gardens. We continue our tour to Summer Palace and its immense gardens, where the imperial court resided during summer. Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight at Beijing Jinqiao Apartment Hotel or similar in Beijing.

Day 4
Onto Xian
Day free
After a buffet breakfast, we drive to the airport for our flight to Xian. The rest of the evening is free to relax. Enjoy dinner at a Chinese restaurant. Overnight at Xian Hotel or similar in Xian.

Day 5
Terracotta Warriors, Huaqing Hot Springs, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, City wall of Xian
After a buffet breakfast, we begin the day with a full day tour of Xian. See the Terracotta Warriors the tomb of the First Emperor of China. See more than 6000 moulded soldiers, officers, horses and wagons of this famed army. We take you for a visit to the Huaqing Hot Springs situated at the foot of Li Mountain. For over a 1000 years, these springs have maintained a pleasant 43 C temperature. Later,we visit the BigWild Goose Pagoda built in 652 AD. We continue our tour and visit the CityWall of Xian, built during the Tang dynasty. Enjoy dinner at a Chinese restaurant. Overnight at Xian Hotel or similar in Xian.

Day 6
Onto Guilin
Day free
After a buffet breakfast, the morning is free. Later we drive to the airport for our flight to Guilin, a city famous for its beautiful scenery and historical culture. After you have checked-in to your hotel, the day is free for shopping. Guilin is one of the best cities to shop for Chinese souvenirs, gems and other traditional bamboo and wood carvings. Enjoy dinner at a Chinese restaurant. Overnight at Guilin Plaza Hotel or similar in Guilin.

Day 7

Tour of Li River, Visit Reef Flute Cave and Fubo Hill
After a buffet breakfast, we proceed on a tour of Li River. As you sail through Li River, see the beautiful countryside, with bamboo forests, dense reed-beds, and incredibly bizarre rock formations. The journey continues past Bat Hill, Crown cave, Wangfu Rock, Painted cliff and Brush Rock. Truly, a wonderful experience. Later,we visit the Reed Flute Cave. This fascinating cave goes 790 ft deep into the mountain and is filled with stalactites and stalagmites. The cave is lit-up with strategically placed coloured lights, to provide a truly breathtaking effect. We also visit Fubo Hill, a popular tourist attraction for over a 1,000 years. Enjoy dinner at a Chinese restaurant. Overnight at Guilin Plaza Hotel or similar in Guilin.

Day 8
Onto Suzhou, Master of the Nets Garden
After breakfast, we drive to the airport for our flight to Shanghai. Our local representative will welcome you and transfer you to Suzhou. This 2500 year old city is located in the lower reaches of Yangtze River and on the shores of Lake Taihu. Since time immemorial, Suzhou is popularly called 'Paradise in Heaven'. On arrival, we check-in to our hotel. Later, we visit the Master of the Nets garden. This classical garden has earned its fame as a masterpiece of classical residential gardens of China. Enjoy dinner at a Chinese restaurant. Overnight at Suzhou Hotel or similar in Suzhou.

Day 9
Humble Administrator's Garden, Tiger Hill, North Pagoda, Boat ride on the Grand Canal, Onto Shanghai
After breakfast, we continue to explore the beautiful and scenic city of Suzhou. We visit the Humble Administrator's Garden. Located in the north-eastern part of Suzhou, the Humble Administrator's Garden covers 51,950 sq. metres. It is considered the greatest of all southern Chinese gardens. We proceed to Tiger Hill for a fabulous view of Suzhou. We then visit the North pagoda. This nine-storey brick and wooden pagoda has eight sides on each storey and is the tallest of the pagodas in Suzhou. We proceed on a boat ride of the Grand Canal, located to the west of the city. It is believed to be the largest internal waterway in the world and was constructed to carry tribute grain from the Yangtze plain. The canal meanders through narrow waterways, and your boat ride takes you under elegant bridges, past whitewashed houses with gray-tiled roofs. Later,we drive to Shanghai. On arrival, check-in to the hotel. Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight at Shanghai Argyle International Hotel or similar in Shanghai.

Day 10
City tour of Shanghai, Jade Buddha Temple, Yu Yuan Garden
After breakfast, we take you on a full day tour of Shanghai. Visit Nanjing Road and the Bund Area, where you can shop for souvenirs. See the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. Visit Yu Yuan Garden, a traditional Chinese park with beautiful pavilions, miniature lakes and bridges. See the famous Jade Buddha Temple. Built in 1882, the temple has two Jade statues of the Sakyamuni Buddha and houses various ancient sculptures, rare paintings and Buddhist scriptures. Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight at Shanghai Argyle International Hotel or similar in Shanghai.

Day 11
Return home with wonderful memories
After breakfast, the morning is free to relax or do some last minute shopping. We check out of the hotel by 12 noon. Later, we drive to the airport for your flight back home. Its time to say goodbye to all the new friends you have made. We hope you take back happy memories of your Tour.
